What You'll Do (3–4 Hours)
Safety Briefing (30–45 min)
Meet your instructor, learn basic scuba concepts, equipment basics, safety procedures and hand signals.
Shallow Water Practice (30–60 min)
Practice breathing through regulator, mask clearing, basic skills, and get comfortable underwater.
The Dive (20–40 min)
Supervised descent to max 12 meters. Breathe, swim, experience weightlessness, and see marine life!
Debrief (15 min)
Discussion, Q&A, and info about full certification if you want to continue.

Does It Count Toward Certification?

- • PADI: Confined water portion may count toward Open Water training (usually valid 6–12 months)
- • SSI: May count as introduction toward full course; can skip some initial pool work
